Ans-Yes, there are several people like Lencho in the real world. Many people have blind faith in God. They fast, go to temples and talk to God for several hours. They try to get their things done through or by the help of God. Even today, we begin our work with a God’s name. But Lencho has an excess faith. He starts correspondence with God for charity of hundred pesos. His belief is blind. For him, God has capability to help him. He is very simple to understand that we can never correspond with God by letter. Lencho is naive or simple in nature.
He writes a letter to God for help. But he is not greedy. He only demands hundred pesos which are necessary to sow the field again. WHe may find Lencho comical because as people in the post office receive letter, they begin to laugh. He has written ‘God’ at the place of address. Lencho is not ungrateful. When they are ripen and ready for harvest, hailstones destroy them which is nature. Another part of nature is God whom Lencho believes a lot. He believes that God would help him. So he writes a letter to God. Next conflict is between human themselves. A man can never help the other man. Lencho believes God but not a man. For him, God can never make a mistake. Lencho knows that God must have sent a hundred pesos and only the post office employees were crooks who took out thirty pesos from the envelope.
